100 DAY CHALLENGE.

As mentioned in my last post where I encouraged you to buy my wares (here, if you're interested), I'm trying to save money, because essentially a nun has more incomings than I do at the moment*.

So I'm going to to the 100 Day No Shopping Challenge that I've seen floating around on some other blogs.  First, an admission: I have no self control.  None.  Which is why I'm announcing it on here.  I want you to all judge me if I spend.  JUDGE ME!  Judge me until I'm so completely ashamed that you can feel the heat of my face through your computer screens.

MY RULES:
1.) No buying of clothes, shoes, accessories of any kind.  No make up, no skincare.
2.) No buying of magazines, books or dvds.
3.) No buying of non essential house things - you don't need any more cushions or trinkets, you crazy bitch.
4.) No junk food, no eating out.
5.) No unnecessary use of the car "because it's raining, sadface", you pathetic little mushroom.
6.) No use of credit card - pay OFF only.

Stay tuned for updates, probably including a breakdown.

*I'm sorry.

  3. I think I will join you! Maybe that will help me save up for something big!
But since I just moved a few months ago I will skip the buying of non essential house things ;)
I still need some pretty plants, cushions, lights and a bar haha...

Thank you for the tip ;)

    1. I already have plenty of books and I can use the library. And I have legs! The whole point is to not be frivolous, wouldn't be a challenge otherwise! x

  12. Thats a really long time.lol Like REALLY long time..lol But then if your going to do something you may aswell do it proper! As they say..
Personally, I'd have to start with a month ban.. and if I'd thought of it, I would of chosen February due to being the shortest month! (haha)
Look forward to updates.. and promise not to laugh at your (going to happen) breakdown! :P

  25. Good luck on your 100 days challenge! I'm 42 days into my 5 month one and things are starting to look desperate. By the time yours is over, the pantaloons are likely to be out in full force. Huzzah.
